My experience covers organisational culture development, talent acquisition, performance and talent strategy, leadership development, employee relations, and employer value proposition. I have partnered with Greek and multinational organisations across sectors, including tourism, insurance, consumer goods, communications, non-profit, and consulting, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive sustainable growth.
Convinced that investing in people is the most powerful lever for organisational success, I work as a trusted advisor to design human capital strategies that foster agility, resilience, and leadership at every level.
My practice is enhanced by certifications in executive coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), workplace mediation, systemic consulting, and graphology, enabling a holistic, practical, and growth-oriented approach to leadership development.
Alongside my advisory work, I contribute to advancing the HR profession as a Board Member and former Chair of the Greek People Management Association (GPMA). I also support leadership and diversity initiatives through WIB-AmCham, Lean In, iforU, the UN Global Compact Network Hellas, and I coach women leaders at The Boardroom.
