Throughout more than 25 years as an organisational consultant, my passion has been supporting organisations and people in enhancing performance and realising their potential. My work is driven by a strong belief in the positive and lasting impact on individuals and businesses of well-designed people practices.
I bring extensive expertise in organisational effectiveness, change management, cultural transformation, and leadership development, combining strategic insight, practical tools, and hands-on experience. I have partnered with organisations in all sectors to design and implement people strategies, from performance and talent systems to onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning.
It has been a privilege to facilitate strategic leadership workshops with senior teams around the world, helping them articulate their vision and values, align culture and people practices with strategy, increase their effectiveness, and lead complex change. Supporting leaders to grow through bespoke development programmes is a core part of what I do.
I have led global projects across regions at: ISR (now Willis Towers Watson), Hay Group, and Korn Ferry. I am a native English and Greek speaker, and I am fluent in French. I have lived in the UK, Belgium and Greece. I teach Change Management in higher education institutions and coach women leaders at The Boardroom. Having lived and worked across different cultures, I bring international experience and a personal understanding to help organisations foster cross-cultural collaboration and drive change across diverse, global environments.
